REFUND AND RETURN POLICY
You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received:
- Never worn or used
- In the original packaging
- Complete with original packaging
Returned items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
How to initiate a return
You can request a return in one of the following ways:
- By accessing your personal area on our website
- By writing to customercare@alessandropetrucci.com
Once you submit your request, our team will evaluate your return.
If your return is accepted, you will receive a confirmation email with all the necessary instructions.
Items returned without first requesting and obtaining return authorization will not be accepted.
Return shipping methods
After accepting the return, you can choose between two options:
- Deliver the package to an indicated collection point
- Request the parcel to be collected directly from your home via courier
It is not necessary to apply any label to the package.
Damage, defects or incorrect items
Please carefully inspect your order upon receipt.
In case of:
- Defective item
- Damaged item
- Incorrect article
Please contact us promptly at customercare@alessandropetrucci.com so we can assess the problem and find a solution as quickly as possible.
Changes
We do not currently handle direct exchanges.
The fastest way to get another item is:
- Return the item received
- Once the return is accepted, proceed with a new separate purchase
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the outcome of the inspection.
If your refund is approved, it will be automatically processed using the payment method used for the initial order, within the expected timeframe.
