The item must be returned:
- Never worn or used;
- In its original packaging;
- Complete with all packaging.
You can initiate the request from your personal area or by writing to customercare@alessandropetrucci.com. After approval, you will receive all instructions for dropping off the package at a collection point or requesting home pickup.
Once the return is received and verified, the refund will be processed to the payment method used for the purchase.
Note: We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To choose a different size or model, you will need to place a new order.
